Water Damage

The first picture shows a gym floor that was saturated.  The second picture shows a SERVPRO of Hockessin technician wrapping up the equipment after we saved the gym floor using an unique drying technique. This school floor had a high wood moisture reading.  The principal was skeptical about SERVPRO being able to dry the floor properly. He wanted the floor to be removed and replaced.  We ensured the school we would use our tenting technique and monitor the floor closely on a daily basis. While we were constructing the tent he was amazed at what we were doing.  Every day we showed him the readings going down and we had the floor dry in a reasonable time.  No floor replacement was needed.
